  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation

  • Made-to-order or customized items may require additional processing time

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship:

  • Internationally, to selected countries

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you after order placement.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, package size, and weight

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise

Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic (India)

  • 5–10 business days after dispatch

International

  • 10–25 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and local duties or taxes.
Holly Elms is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we take utmost care in packaging, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged – contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos

  • Lost in transit – please notify us so we can assist with the courier partner

Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Holly Elms is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
