All Holly Elms pieces are handcrafted in India by skilled artisans. We work with makers who combine traditional Indian craft techniques with contemporary design sensibilities, ensuring every piece carries both heritage and modern relevance.

Yes. We use a carefully selected range of honest, quality materials including metal, glass, crystal, brass, beaded detailing, and natural stone such as travertine. Each material is chosen for its tactile quality, durability, and how it interacts with light.

Yes, all Holly Elms lighting and décor pieces are designed and rated for indoor use only. They are not suitable for outdoor, covered verandah, or high-humidity environments such as bathrooms unless specifically stated on the product page.
Bulb compatibility varies by product and is listed on each individual product page. We recommend using LED bulbs for energy efficiency and longevity. Specific wattage recommendations and bulb base types (E27, B22, etc.) are noted on each product listing.

Yes — customisation is available at Holly Elms. We can accommodate requests for different finishes, sizes, colours, or material combinations on select products. Customisation lead times and pricing vary by product and scope.

Care instructions vary by material. As a general guide: metal and brass pieces should be wiped with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals. Glass and crystal pieces can be gently cleaned with a microfibre cloth. Natural stone surfaces like travertine should be kept dry and sealed periodically to prevent staining.
Specific care guidance is included with each order. When in doubt, a soft dry cloth is always the safest option.

Yes — taxes and shipping are covered for all orders delivered within India. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden charges at checkout for domestic orders.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
Since our pieces are handcrafted and often made to order, modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately via our Contact page if you need to make a change.
After 24 hours, we may not be able to accommodate modifications as production may have already begun.
Standard delivery across India takes 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order. As our pieces are handcrafted, this lead time allows our artisans to complete your order with the care and attention it deserves.
If you need a piece by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will advise whether it's possible to accommodate your timeline.
Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and beyond. Shipping is covered in the product price — there is no additional delivery charge for domestic orders.
All Holly Elms pieces are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Lighting and fragile décor items are individually wrapped and packed in protective materials. We take particular care with glass, crystal, and stone pieces to prevent any transit damage.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. You can also log in to your Holly Elms account at any time to check your order status.
Currently, Holly Elms ships within India only. If you are based outside India and are interested in our pieces, please contact us directly — we may be able to arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis, particularly for B2B or bulk orders.
We want you to love your Holly Elms piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please refer to our full Refund Policy for detailed terms and conditions. We recommend reading this before purchase, particularly for customised or made-to-order items.
In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and the packaging immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours via our Contact page. Include your order number and photos in your message.
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team with your order details and the reason for the exchange request and we will do our best to assist. Note that customised pieces are generally non-exchangeable.
