Refund policy

At Holly Elms, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and precision. We take pride in our quality and want you to have a seamless experience with us.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@hollyelms.in with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Customized, made-to-order, or discounted items are not eligible for return


Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


Damaged During Transit

We take extra care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged:

  • Please do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged

  • If already accepted, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos


Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the item and place a fresh order.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.
Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
